Ridgeway has access to an extensive network of supporting resources as well as its founder, Alistair Goulden having personal experience of the many challenges a start-up encounters.
Alistair Goulden DPhil (Oxon) BSc.
Alistair started his career as a Research Scientist and has a doctorate in Chemistry from Oxford University, publishing many patents and scientific publications during that time.
He has worked in the IT/Telecoms sector for over 25 years and throughout that time he has used the resilience and analytical skills he gained during his research years as the foundation to his business approach.
Alistair was a co-founder of Swish Fibre where took the company from an idea to £225m financing and then onto building full fibre networks to hundreds of thousands of premises in the UK, with tens of thousands of connected customers and hundreds of employees whilst obtaining one of the highest Trustpilot scores in the sector.
Alistair currently holds several Directorships and uses this current experience along with his time working with other start-ups and scale-ups to support his clients.
